I don't think the Nats and Orioles front office will even speak to eachother.
I'd like to see Nats give Matt Grace another shot in the majors. I don't who goes to make it happen but he's been a stud at every level. I don't think he's a closer but he's a good arm.
Good god, no. No, no, no, no, no. Jesus, no. No. As I've said before, I've watched the dude pitch entirely too much for my comfort and there's absolutely nothing to suggest he's a major league pitcher. If he were right handed, he'd never have made it above AA. He had 22 MLB appearances last year - at age 26, so it's not like he's a young guy likely to suddenly make a big leap. In that time, he had a WHIP of 2, giving up 26 hits in 17 innings. He gave up a .426 BABIP not because he was unlucky but because
everybody was freaking smoking the ball off him.
He throws a 91 mile per hour sinker and a slider that mostly just spins (and that he can't locate at all in any event). He didn't get lefties out (they hit .282 off him), and righties absolutely murdered him (.417). The higher the leverage, the worse he got: his BAA in high leverage situations was .471! Did I mention that his stuff sucks as well and that at 27, he's not likely to mysteriously get any better? No? Oh, okay - his stuff is not good enough to get major league hitters out unless he can locate it very well, and...well, he doesn't have even good control, let alone very good.
In short, yes, I know he gets hitters out in the minors. But there's absolutely nothing about him that suggests he'd ever be even a decent major leaguer. Just say no.
