It's not, but understand that the folks here remember watching Hondo hit them out of RFK and that meant something to them. They don't care about Vladi hitting one out of the Big O because they didn't have baseball then. How many baseball fans in Montreal are Nats fans? I'd guess that most have switched allegiances to the Jays, just as many in DC switched to being dreadful Borioles fans.

All I'm saying is that there are very few that uphold the heritage of the Expos, and for me as a fan, the Nats have been around longer than the Expos (fan since 98, so 10 years of Nats and only 6 of Expos). While it is a worthwhile heritage to uphold, the DC city heritage means more to the people and current fans. The current owners were Senators fans, and are dead set in upholding that tradition.
