Kieboom has only 350 MLB at bats. So not even a full season. Certainly be performed poorly when he had the chance but no reason not to give him another chance given his pedigree and he has some power. Which the team lacks.

he's had 16 plate appearances at AA and 10 at AAA coming off TJS. no way he should be up this week. Alu is here, as is  Vargas and even Chavis. 3rd is well covered.

Frankly, if there is another 60 day IL candidate, then they should use it and call up Matt Adams at this point. they have Garrett plus alu for the OF, Chavis and Vargas for the IF. plenty of coverage. they can use a slot for a lefty power hitting pinch hitter, especially one you don't mind going a week+ between starts. maybe 60 day dickerson at this point.

not going to put up an argument with this. Alu should get a shot at replacing Candy should he be il'd. I'm just saying it's outright if they bring up Kieboom at this point due to a lack of need and his minimal playing time after surgery.
