I don't follow the science. If he's not durable and hasn't been available, how has he been elite for a full season? We can all agree he's elite (mostly) when he's available.
People were saying they would love if they could see a full season of elite strasburg, when we already have seen that from him.
14-11 season with 3.14 ERA is elite these days...or I guess it was in 2014...
9th in the Cy Young voting, led the league in strikeouts, I mean we're splitting hairs and people just want reasons to hate Strasburg and call him weak or whatever but the facts are that he has shown he
can be one of the league's best over a full season, even if people want to mindfact that he hasn't.
I wish he could stay healthy more often because we know it's possible. Guy is just going to always be a "get 25-28 starts of very good, sometimes elite, maybe we get lucky and get 30 starts."
