Hey, now I know how to get there!

I just watched Skyline. Worst. Movie. Ever. It's like they fired the writers halfway through the script to add more special effects. It literally has no ending.

We saw Senna yesterday afternoon at the E Street Cinema downtown. Very well-done. Unlike most biographies or documentaries, this one had no narrator, no talking heads, no cutting back and forth from present to past.....it was all footage from during his career (except, of course, for the footage from after the crash and his funeral) and even if you knew what was going to happen it still felt like watching the buildup live. That final weekend was really eerie in retrospect with all the crashes, including the one at the start of the race.

Not only that, they have xray vision because they could see there were peeps in those buildings to be nommed. So totally worth jumping out of the water and through brick walls!

i'm with linty, i like bane's voice there. it's very twisted.

i thought heath ledger had plenty of passion (? don't know if that's really the word) for the job, working on his voice for 30 days locked up in a hotel room.

we took the kids to see "Tangled" last night. If you liked "Enchanted" you'll like Tangled. Very good, Disney-style fairy tale with a modern twist. This was the 50th animated movie created by Disney studios.
