The Astros have a couple guys really struggling at the plate.  Including Bregman.

Gotta be honest, Astros winning it in 6 would probably be about the worst case scenario for the Nationals.

Haven't even started playing each other yet. Here you go with dumb predictions like you did all season.

That wasn't even a prediction.

Sadly they won't let the Nats play the Detroit Tigers in the World Series. The Astros are frighteningly good at baseball, but it's not like the Yankees sucked. They had some dominant starters too and their offense is arguably even scarier.

Yanks had plenty of chances, particularly with RISP.

Reverse Jinx at work -- as D.J. Lemahieu ties the game in the 9th.

Chapman in the bottom of the 9th I suppose.

Weird -- with all of the weapons out of the Yankee bullpen, I believe in this game Aaron Boone has managed to piss away every last one.

The ageless wonder, Nolan Ryan, is finally starting to look his age.  Father time catches up with us all.

They have several guys who are not hitting. Their closer just gave up a tying two run home run. They lost another pitcher to injury tonight. They have a rookie fourth starter. Verlander has looked hittable.

I was hoping to play the Astros so we could avoid references to that crappy musical. We get the Astros, but we still get the references.

Nats fans are dumb.
