Strasburg pitching tomorrow. Great.

He's historically been excellent against the fish - He'll be fine.

and come on ... the Marlins suck

let's not all go crazy here

The Braves are facing the Dodgers so the Nats should be fine.. Hell, the Braves are facing the Dodgers' top three pitchers on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so I won't be surprise if the Braves get swept..

Nats will increase their division lead by the end of the week..  8)

Welp. A day away from falling out of 1st place. The Braves get to pummel Josh Beckett. The Nats get to be dominated by All Star Henderson Alvarez and Strasburg inevitable meltdown will ocur.

The Marlins really aren't that bad. And since the All-Star break Strasburg hasn't been sharp. We'll see.

The good news is that ERA is probably not sustainable!

Yes, they really are - The had a hot stretch at the beginning of the year and fell off the map - the same will happen again, particularly when half the roster is dumped at the trade deadline

Not concerned. Haven't lost a series since mid June. Stras will step up today.

because, for all the crap we give him, he's a decent pitcher?

No. I just think he's due. Two bad starts and a string of bad starts against The Fish. I mean, I know we have to lose a series at some point, but I don't feel it's now.

The Marlins own him. Stanton and McGehee will be all over his fastball.

He is going to have to throw his offspeed pitches early in the count.

Stras did great. Unfortunately,  the rest of the team decided not to show up.

Nationals no longer control their destiny.

Pretty sure they'll get in if they win out
