And then burn the city and let it revert back to swamp.  By not being by 10 games ahead in July we forfeit our right to exist
Season? Thats a franchise ender for the Nats. May as well move the team back to Montreal.

Absolutely. Think of how many of America's problems would disappear.

Americans would simply elect and send more jerks to the next capital.

But we have to get our heads out of our butts and handle the phillies this weekend because the Braves are about to beat up on the padres for 4 games.

It's actually 4, it's a wraparound series.

The 3 up in the loss column is still big in my opinion.

I can't find the 4th game listed anywhere, I was just watching the Braves play the Dodgers and the commercials kept advertising a 4 game series against the padres. The announcers mentioned it too... oh well I guess they made a mistake.

NANF?

Definately a Nats fan. But hubby is a Braves fan.. Marriage is about compromise. And though I have no split allegiances and would cheer against any team that is a threat to the Nats , there are players on other teams that I think are extremely talented and enjoy watching play when there is nothing else on. Is it acceptable to appreciate talent on other teams?

Slateman what is this? I thought you had my back around here. I never post crap about the  Nats sucking and the Braves being better and refusing to lose. I'm a positive gal. I just happen to enjoy watching baseball and since the Nats dont play 24/7 I do watch other teams in passing. This is hardly worth banishment. If you let me stay I will only watch Lifetime movies when the Nats are off I swear.

In all fairness I married him 20 years ago.. There was no crime against the Nats at that time...please... I deserve another chance.

I swear I have never ever ever been to a Braves game or participated in a chop. And when I watch a Braves game with him its only a game the Braves are likely to lose.... (the Dodgers series for example) so that I can terrorize him the whole time.

Honestly I thought watching Braves games to make fun of them was allowed.
