37 year old hitter turned pitcher Jason Lane is shutting out the Braves through 5 innings in Atlanta. :hysterical: :hysterical:

The Padres haven't scored any runs either though. :?
His Mom Penny should be proud.

That's game. Must suck to rely on the Padres for run support if you're a pitcher.

Gattis HR. That's game.

What a freaking joke. The Braves will move to half a game back. Pathetic lucky ass team.

Not going lie but Santana was pretty good and he didn't have much run supports until that homer

Do you get to be presumptive like that when working an equation? I seem to remember the process working differently when I was doing math like things back in the day.

Just pathetic how lucky they are. They get to face a turd pitcher like Jason Lane and do nothing and still win.

Garbage. They are coasting their way to a division title.

I wish we got freebie wins like the Braves do.

We have to go toe to toe against a good hitting Marlins club featuring a starter tonight throwing 98 MPH.

I wish we got freebie wins like the Braves do.

We just played six straight games against two of the most uninspiring, lackluster teams in the NL.  You could say we got four freebies there.

When we faced San Diego we had to face Cashner, Kennedy, Ross, etc.

The Braves miss facing all 3 of those studs. :PC batsignal:

Hey SF, is there maybe a medication you're supposed to be taking for this?

Didn't somebody say that stats show we are really good against high heat pitchers and we fare worst against junkballers?

Just out of curiousity has anyone bothered trying to see how our rotation will line up for the Braves series August 8th if the rotation stays this way. I really want JZ Fister and Roark facing Atlanta...
