Zorn left behind a garbage 4-12 team behind, shanny built it into a 3-13 dumpster fire, I guess the next guy could go 2-14, but I'm not sure that would feel worse (at least we'd be looking forward to a good pick)

So aside from parroting the radio talking heads and lamenting the lack of a #1 this year, do you have anything constructive to offer? Steps to take to get better? FAs to look into? Coaches?
I've made it clear that I want a real GM who has a free hand to do what ever they want, DeCosta would be my first choice.
Jason Licht would be a more likely choice. DeCosta isn't leaving Baltimore and even if he did, what makes you think he'd hold any more sway over Dan Snyder than Bruce Allen? Licht has worked under Belicheat, Jimmy Johnson and the Walrus. I don't really have that much an issue with Allen, but I want a HC and GM on the same page.
We're not getting a GM so it's pointless to even bring it up.Whoever interviews for the HC job better be ready to impress Snyder and Griffin. They way I see it they will interview Russ Grimm, Ken Whisenhunt and Gary Kubiak plus throw in Raheem Morris and Lovie Smith to satisfy the Rooney rule.
IMHO The new coach doesn't owe RGIII crap.
Snyder's been evolving. I'm hoping you're wrong. He's got to hate being the butt-end of all this losing.
Griffin will probably conduct the interview.
Griffin will probably conduct the interview. As long as the cash is rolling in he doesn't give a crap.
Any coach worth his weight will tell Robert to leave.
the story has always been that he's a real fan of the team
I'd pay to see Grimm in that situation.
I question that sincerely. How much of a real fan of the team can you be when you continue to pose the biggest obstacle to the team's success.
I want a gm who actually acts like a gm and is in charge of personell. DeCosta may leave to be the boss rather than second fiddle
how big of a disaster would art briles be? i feel like he's the most likely new hire
