I mentioned that yesterday (not lookin' for kudos).    He was in a position to make the play.    He froze and didn't prevent Romo from running or Murray from making the play.    Murray had to be his responsibility coming out of the backfield.

Yea, just saw that (glad someone agrees).  Sorry I posted without reading through the thread.

Ain't no thang.    It kind of jumped out at me particularly from the far endzone shot.    Riley was lost in space.

Romo could barely move, no way he was taking off running in that situation. Riley blew that badly.

:lmao: Who gives a freak? The skins didn't submit a pic of the Christmas tree and not only is it Bruce Allens' fault but the team is a disgrace for it? Dude, our on field performance makes us a disgrace. Besides, the picture rights of our tree were part of the Griffin trade.

RG3 bought Xbox Ones for his offensive linemen

The Washington Redskins QB has had a tough year, to say the least. But he knows how to keep the big guys happy.

RG3's season has been like that yellow sweater your grandmother got you for Christmas: not even close to being great.

But the Washington Redskins quarterback didn't let that stop him from treating some of his teammates to a nice Christmas.

RG3 hand-delivered Xbox Ones to all of his offensive linemen on Tuesday. They'll have plenty of time to play with them after Sunday's season finale against the Giants.

Redskins.com has more details:

Quote
"It's the giving season," Griffin III said. "It doesn't matter what our record is; I still appreciate those guys."

"We're all going through this together right now. I just wanted to bring a little joy into Redskins Park."

Trent Williams jumped up and down and hugged his quarterback. Adam Gettis hammed up his emotions while the big men cheered.
Finally some good times for RG3 and his teammates.

Maske writes in the WP:

Several people familiar with the situation continued to say this week they believe it's likely that the Redskins and Shanahan will part ways. Some of those people said they think the scenario by which Shanahan might stay is if he and Snyder refuse to budge on financial considerations.

I want Shanny to stay. Sign Gary Kubiak to be OC, find a competent DC to run the 3-4, and win. Firing Shanny sends the wrong message to RG3

It's too late for that. Snyder will begin the offseason by naming Griffin his own OC and two weeks later will announce Griffin will take over as player/HC. That should solve all the problems and comply with the Rooney rule.

Because with his spectacular record,  he deserves to stay?

Division champion last year

This year has a QB with a bum knee and no preseason, a DC who can't do crap, and a huge salary cap hit. Keep the same offense so RGIII doesn't have to learn a new system and start all over.

We're 24-39 with him as head coach...who gives a freak about one division title when it resulted in a playoff game where he left his QB out there to die (though half of that is RG3's fault)
