Cards loaded the bases with no outs and only scored one run (we know that feeling all too well).  Still trailing Houston, 4-2.

I'm not sure Milone will make it out of this inning. Needs a miracle DP or some Ks...and Milone doesn't look like a strikeout pitcher.
