Burnett's walk was just inexcusable. Riggs has no idea how to manage a bullpen, and there is no accountability for pitchers walking batters and hitters failing to understand the situation. If the owners weren't so cheap Riggs would fired already.

If the owner's were willing to spend more, we might have better players for Riggs to use.
