Hey there, guy near the capitol who desperately needed fellow headbangers (as in "into something hard") to keep him from going insane. For some reason I love the Nats and watch them almost every day with my trusted bottle of Sam Adams Hefe.

Welcome. I've been knocking back some of the Sam Adams Blackberry Witbier lately, but I can't find it anymore. It was so delicious.

Hello. I am Vega. I am a Nats fan located in South Carolina, so, unfortunately, I do not get to see very many Nats games on TV, but I try to get by as best I can.

I didn't have a favorite MLB team, and I wanted to pull for a bad team so I could watch it develop in to a winner, so seeing as how they were the worst team, the Natinals (Intentional misspelling.) seemed like a solid pick. As for where I am, I am located in the lovely city of Columbia, capital of the wonderful state of South Carolina. It's pretty nice here, but the humidity is awful during the summer.

Hello WNFF - Thought it was about time I joined the conversation. I am overall a baseball fan (Fantasy baseball blurs team allegiance) and I grew up being taken to Orioles games but really learned the game of baseball and found my favorite team in the Red Sox fifteen years ago. After the 2004 I lost some of the enjoyment to cheer for Boston (was it the accomplishment of killing off the Yankees and winning the WS or was it the influx of obnoxious fans I have no idea).

I was extremely excited when Washington landed a team years back and I have waited patiently to see the team I know we are capable of producing arrive. I am a Nationals STH (dating back to RFK) and try to make it out to as many games as possible. After looking around at a few forums I believe I am in the right place.

Fellow 21 Game Plan season ticket holder here! Held it since RFK. Waited 33 yrs for a team to DC. I'm sticking with the NATS!

I grew up in the crap hole known as Sumter

I would actually take girls to Columbia on dates to go to Olive Garden and Outback and that was a big deal

Longtime BPG member who occasionally lurked here, but didn't post much. Coming over because I noticed your gameday threads get 200+ posts, while ours are down to 20, five of which actually have something to do with the game.
