I'm pretty happy with the job Dave has done considering he is a rookie. Would Dusty have done better with all the injuries. Yeh, I would give him that edge ,but we find ourselves in first place at the end of May when several weeks ago some were advocating blowing up the team. Were there some mistakes made in the first two weeks? Yep,and it will be an interesting weekend series for the Nats first crucial match-up of the season. We need to win 3 of 4.

I'll admit that I was obviously wrong about Martinez. He has done a masterful job of getting this team with five aces into first place at the end of May. It's no longer a small sample size, the win percentage right now is almost certainly close to what we'll have at year end.
