we're freaked if the Nats can't win until all the split loyalty trash goes back to their team (don't forget that VaRK went back to the blackhawks and a year later the Caps won it all )
Angels
Harper would enjoy playing in that stadium. His preference will probably be a hitter's park that will help him accumulate big offensive numbers.
I’m not sure he’d love it if he was slumping
Who wouldn't want to live in Newport or Laguna and play in a Mediterranean climate?
Climate isn't everything - the idea of being involved in our country's issues is very appealing - even to an athlete
Of all the ridiculous MG comments.
Chris Russell @Russellmania6212h"It's less than 50 (percent), but not a whole less..." on the chances that Bryce Harper returns to the #Nats - @chelsea_janes on @1067theFan #MLB
I love when the media just makes up stuff like that.
According to our WNFF poll, it's slightly more than 50% that he will return. Our poll has more credibility than Russell just grasping.
Talking to a friend (Cubs fan) he doesn't see how the Cubs or any of his potential suitors would afford him or even target him as a signing. He felt it made most sense for him to stay in DC for $20-25 million a year. I don't know. I think there's a chance he comes back and don't think there was ever a real scenario where we lock him up last winter. Boras wouldn't sacrifice a potential MVP hitting the open market.
