Nope...it's all there...just checked for you now...

Thanks.  Emailed my rep.  Would be nice to be able to email some tickets.

When I log into access the only option on the left hand side now is Account Information.  No RCR,  no Extra, etc.  Everyone else seeing the same?  Trying to forward some tickets.

I'm having the same issue.

Are we looking to do a WFF Suite or anything? Besides my initial number from my tickets, what is a good estimate for how many points I will gain over the year while doing the codes?

I accumulated about 16000 points over the year. I started with 4000. I was religious about the codes however. I’ll get less points for attending games as they have cut back the points (or at least made you have to come earlier to get them).

The only issue with a suite is the limited access to concessions on that level, unless it were one of the suites with access into the N&S Club.  Not sure those come available in their totality, though that is indeed a mindfact.

Another good use of RCR points is to "Donate" them into our RCR pool so that we can redeem points for as many of the best seats we can for events like WWNFM&G2 on August 4th...

On the Nats main page it says:

"Red Carpet Rewards points can be earned by simply linking your Facebook account or following @nationals on Twitter and Instagram. In the Red Carpet Rewards section of your account, click "Social Media." Select the social media platform you would like to link your account with and begin earning points for social media activity."

I don't see where to do that, is that another glitch that hasn't been fixed yet?

I'm having the same issue.

Looks like mine is fixed.  On the main page is a big 'click for your All Star Package' but it just directs me to the mobile mytickets interface with no ASG stuff that I can tell, just the standard mobile ticket inventory.

2 years ago I used my RCR points for the Batting Practice View from the Field thing, which was super awesome fun times and definitely worth dragging my "real" camera around. Last year I got a suite; I did have to pay for catering but I got to throw one heck of an anniversary party (and they let me take home the extra beer since they put it on your bill before they bring it to the suite :woop:)

For batting practice do you just show up 2 hours early and watch from the field?  Where do you sit? Sounds pretty sweet.

If memory serves me, it was closer to 2.5 hours early; you enter through the media/suites entrance. It's well before the rest of the park is open. You get to just kind of mill about on the warning track, no chairs, although they would probably let you go into the stands and sit if you needed to get off your feet. The field is roped off but the players will come over and chat if you can catch their eye, and they'll sign autographs. I got Difo, Jayson and MAT's autograph and I had a nice 30-second chat with Dusty. The Nats take the field first, so don't be late (like I was). When it's over, you go through the tunnels back to the concourse and they scan your ticket so you don't have to leave and re-enter.

Are we still getting RCR's for loading cash to our SPH cards?

I loaded them all last night expecting the additional RCR's to be there this morning as they would have been last year, but no bueno...

Still waiting...been two weeks now.  Two messages have gotten the usual non-response from the Nats.  Anyone have any better results to share on this?

Got this response from my rep:

The RCR points for eCash are not automatic. We run a report either weekly or after each home stand at which point the points are manually added to each account. There are definitely times when the points may show up in accounts quicker than others, but I think that is just a coincidence as to when the eCash was deposited and when we added the ecash.

Not the way I remember it, but it sounds legit...will sit tight...

Why is there not any accounting of points? I imagine many calls to reps could be avoided if there was a transaction ledger for when you earn and spend points.

It does seem odd that they only track transfers...

Same, and one of my partners was told my rep "Moved to another part of the organization" when I know for a fact my rep quit and is working elsewhere now (thanks LinkedIn). Such a weird organization.

We did the Control Room Tour with our red carpet points today— that was freakin AWESOME. We got to go up to the very top level, above the press box, where they manage the video feeds, make the hype videos, set up  the replays, manage the scoreboards and run the music.  it’s a BIG team, probably 30 people in all, split into three rooms (one for video editing and cameras, one for the sound and scoreboard, and one for misc gameday tech stuff). One of the coolest parts was seeing how much intel they had on the players and how they prepped for each at-bat, like when Trea reached first base, the team leader fella told one of the other guys to get Road Runner Meep Meep ready in case Trea stole, and when one of the Rockies batters  had 2 strikes he told them to have that Back Street Boys “Bye Bye” sound byte ready. I got so,e good photos of the field but I felt weird taking photos of the control room itself because, well, it’s where people are working lol. Anyway, that was a fantastic experience, very much recommended, although I imagine if you aren’t into tech nerd stuff, it might not be as fun. It cost 4000 points if memory serves me, and it was for two people. We were there for about 3 innings.

Thanks.   There is so much that goes on behind the scenes that most folks don't know about.

I think I'm not getting RCR points for entering the game.  I did a screenshot before I went in and then looked again towards the end if the game and my point balance is the same.  I used the App today so it should be 50 or 2
15 depending on what their clocks are aligned to...i went in the home plate gate ~92 minutes before first pitch.  Since there is no earning log, I can't really audit it.

Anyone else noticing an issue or been keeping a close eye on it?

Tried to pay at a concession stand with the App Friday and that didn't work, even though it shows the balance, didn't work.

They don't credit points that fast.

I've been waiting for my ecash to be credited for 3 weeks now...

I got points from my ecash load pretty quick, within a day or two maybe?
