I got points from my ecash load pretty quick, within a day or two maybe?

They told me they only upload after each homestand.  I should know on Tuesday if that's accurate.  Seems like it was overnight last year...

I think I'm not getting RCR points for entering the game.  I did a screenshot before I went in and then looked again towards the end if the game and my point balance is the same.  I used the App today so it should be 50 or 2
15 depending on what their clocks are aligned to...i went in the home plate gate ~92 minutes before first pitch.  Since there is no earning log, I can't really audit it.

Anyone else noticing an issue or been keeping a close eye on it?

Tried to pay at a concession stand with the App Friday and that didn't work, even though it shows the balance, didn't work.
you are using the MLB app to get in?  If you use the SPH cards, then you don't get points unless you are 1.5 hours early

Yes, I intentionally used the App because I was close to the 90 minute point and wanted to make sure I should at least get 15 points because I was watching.

My SPH rep got my 300 RCR points for ecash that was loaded on 3/26 credited to my account today after a follow-up email this morning.

Hopefully it will run smoother going forward...

Anyone have 3500 points laying around they could transfer to my account in return for getting 4000 back in a few weeks? DM me if you’re interested.

There’s a merch booth near the 3B gate where you can get any jersey customized/personalized and it goes flying around on a little conveyor belt thing — anyone know if the SPH discount works there?

That’s been broken since last season, don’t bother.

I have a half season plan and am trying to add a buddy as a new partner to my plan, but I don't see anyway to start the process in my Access portal.  I thought it used to be under "Partner Management", which is where I can see my existing partners, but there's no button to add a new partner.  Am I missing something?  Is it somewhere else?  Thanks in advance for any help!

I had the same problem and my rep fixed it right away.

Are there jerseys for women available? I'm thinking the same thing. Wife loves MAT.

Are folks able to redeem points for tickets today?  Mine isnt working - there are no games showing up on the redemption calendar. I’d like to know if it’s a system issue for everyone, or if my account is just screwed up. Thanks!

Are you just looking at May?  You have to move to the June tab.  There are no tickets available within 3 days of a game, and none beyond 30 days.

This is the last Nats home game until June 5th.

It's working now.  And yes, I tabbed into June before.  It was down yesterday and earlier today, in a way that there were no games to click on for the whole season.  It is back up now.

Redeemed a pantload of points for a party suite in July. Should be a good time! One of the way left field suites.

Can you ever save up enough points for really great seats, like Delta Club or whatever the club just outside of that is called?

Which suite number is it and how many tickets come with it? The RCR page doesn't say much other than no food.

I've never seen Delta Club seats offered for RCR points.  I believe the Diamond Club seats are only available thru auction.  Good luck with that...

We're in suite #35. It comes with 32 tickets and 4 parking passes to the C lot. Food is not included but a menu of all of the food options is provided. Menu purchases are typically in bulk group purchase amounts that feed multiple people, up to 16. Prices vary pretty drastically from option to option, but are in line with what you might expect from ballpark fare. We do have the option to purchase up to 8 additional tickets for $100 each.

I think the Jefferson suites come with 16 tickets and likely 2 parking passes.

Will let you know how it goes after the game.

The catering portions are really huge so for a group of 32 average folks, you can probably order for about 25 and have more than enough, and with the exception of any of the “bottomless” items you shouldn’t risk any gameday surprises (I can see how ordering unlimited hot dogs for 25 people and having 32 show up would lead to an uncomfortable conversation and an extra bill). Beer and soft drinks can be ordered through the Suite attendant so resist the urge to stock up in advance. You won’t run out; you can always ask for more.

Jefferson Suite gets 4 parking passes and can hold between 15-20 depending on the Suite.

Under the prior redemption  model, I know someone who would get 2 pair of Diamond Club seats each year on points. He started with a half season of field level infield seats and pooled the Daily codes with his ticket partner, so they had a lot of points.

Thanks for the info, very helpful. May skip any food and just get that amazing dessert cart to swing by about 10 times. :-)
