It seems like they priced all the items just out of reach of my initial allotment. I’m sure this was not accidental.

Try dividing your allotment by 10, not much left but crumbs.  Back when they started the program that bought me 4 pairs of tickets in Club.  One pair of which I used for Strasmas.    :woop:

Are exchanges working for anyone?  I keep getting a "install Flash" message on the seating chart when click the game I want to exchange into, but I know I have Flash.  Very frustrating.
Try a different browser!

I had the same problem and loaded flash and it still asked me to load it. I prefer not to work with a different browser. I will just wait until they fix it.

The single most frustrating thing about being a SPH are the technology issues with the Nats Access site and My Nationals site. Every year there are problems that require much time and back and forth with my rep. Maybe IT folks on this board can tell me why the Nats can never get this right. It it really as difficult as they make it out to be?

This is a flash problem or a browser problem, not a Nats problem. Which isn’t to say that the Nats IT don’t have issues all of their own; they do. But if you’ve loaded a browser plug-in and it asks you to load it again, that’s on your machine, not the website.

I download it properly and it still doesn't work in Chrome. It works in IE, though. I've worked enough with the Nats IT people enough to know that it's their problem. ;)

EDIT: I spent about 30 minutes checking all the settings in Chrome to make sure Flash is allowed, updated, etc. Still doesn't work. Yep, it's the Nats problem.

I did two exchanges yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by a couple things.

First, it worked at work with IE,  which surprises me because so much stuff is blocked and our IT is a poo storm.  I exchanged my exhibition seats for a cubs game...second positive surprise!

I did the second exchange at home with chrome.  Worked just fine, too.

This gives me hope on one hand, and it frustrates me on the other because I spent 30 minutes and still can't get it to work. I'm fairly computer literate and I know many of my ticket partners will not be able to get it done.

I tried to do this and it let me go through the process but gave me some sort of in-progress message.  The Twins tickets are still in my inventory.

Over the years I've found it's best to just wait a few days until someone with the Nats IT desk figures it out after they've taken hundreds of calls. For now, I will use IE. I don't have any more time to waste on it. I've done everything I know or found on the net.

I did it as soon as I could yesterday figuring if it was allowed it might be because of a glitch.  I definitely don't have the twins tickets in my inventory and do have more Cubs tickets.  I haven't been real impressed with my SPH experience so figured no way they allow the twins game to be exchanged for a real game.  Maybe I got lucky.  Maybe I just sold myself out and someone sees this and it gets 'corrected.'  Again, not real impressed so that wouldn't surprise me either.

The Twins game is allowed to be exchanged with a regular season game. No worries. It's the technology that you won't be impressed with. Seriously, I'm a fan of the Access site, etc.. It just always seem to have bugs every year.

Right.  I can pick the Twins game, pick say a Cubs game, and I get this huge message up top "Get Flash to View Flash Seat Map"

I'm using Chrome like they said to, I installed Flash, I disabled popups, and no list of seats appears to choose from.  Rod rammit.

Same here. I went through all the gyrations. I gave up for now. I hate IE but I will use it if I have to.

Works on chrome for me. Just used my husband’s win7 laptop to do an exchange and was messing around a little on my win10 laptop earlier. Flash is just an unstable little bugger.

Well I gave up on Chrome after I don't know how many installations, reboots, selections, etc.  Went to Firefox and it prompted me once again to install Flash (had already installed it twice tonight) so I did it again, then ultimately I got through the process.  Liked the idea of getting Cubs tickets, Friday night Club no less.  Not many available however.

Thanks for bringing that tidbit here!

Nobody in our group wants that stinking exhibition game and I had already rounded everyone's price up to cover the cost of them cause I'm not eating them again.

Now, I have an extra pair of Cubs seats to put into the draft most likely.

That's why they shouldn't use it. http://flashsucks.org/

I take the exhibition game every year and trade it it in. If I'm around I still go to the game because I like to check out the park and see what's new before the Opening Day hordes.

I bet tickets are available for next to nothing, so that strategy works.  It just never dawned on me that they'd let you trade them in.

Exactly, they are are stubhub right now for more in fees than the ticket price.  Why someone would list them at a 66% loss rather than exchanging them is beyond me.

I like the idea of going as a soft opening to check our the park, if the weather isnt a cold mess, but I'll do if for a $5 stubhub ticket, not my  $60 Season tickets.

Have you tried checking the Chrome settings for the specific site?

Navigate to the website

In the browser address bar, To the left of the web address, click Lock icon or Info icon.

To the right of "Flash," click the Arrows Arrows.

Choose Always allow on this site.

Reload the page.

Wow, that's a heck of a lot easier to execute than going into Settings and trying to paste a URL into the allow list.  I haven't tested it yet but thanks for the approach to doing it.

Yes, I have done that and so much more. Still doesn't work. Thanks anyway. I used IE to exchange tickets for now.

The real point here is that they can't expect people who barely know how to turn on a computer (that describes many of my ticket partners) to figure this stuff out. Creates big headaches for me and every year I say I'm never going to lead a group again. ;)
