Is your My Games matching the schedule for Partial seasons? Ours isn't .. have a half season package and, for example, has tickets loaded for ALL September games, but no games between April 15 and May 6! Call in to rep but haven't heard back yet.

The real point here is that they can't expect people who barely know how to turn on a computer (that describes many of my ticket partners) to figure this stuff out. Creates big headaches for me and every year I say I'm never going to lead a group again. ;)

Hell yes, it took me over an hour to get through that process of exchanging one stinkin' pair of tickets.  Way harder than is should be.

We have half season B, and the tickets are almost all wrong. April looks fine, but then we have a bunch of tickets loaded for the rest of the season that don't match what is supposed to be in the plan and missing ones that are.  I think they somehow screwed up the half A/B tickets and loaded them wrong.  The raw number of tickets look to be about right, just for the wrong dates.

Try dividing your allotment by 10, not much left but crumbs.  Back when they started the program that bought me 4 pairs of tickets in Club.  One pair of which I used for Strasmas.    :woop:

This programme simply must be run by someone who previously ran the loyalty scheme of some US legacy airline. From the descriptions here and on prior threads it just seems to have that same flavour, give off that same aroma...

the concept behind any loyalty scheme-- airline, hotel, grocery store, baseball-- is not to reward you for the purchases you're already making; it's to push you into making more and larger purchases. They all have the same aroma because they're the same general concept and play on the same general motivations.

True - I was merely referring to the tightening up of eligibility standards for various benefits (the subject of many complaints in Skytrax and elsewhere). I'm a member of two foreign-flag-carrier loyalty schemes myself and in my experience they have been, and remain, quite generous.

Foreign-flag carriers are often government subsidized though.  Although one could argue that, between the bailouts and the lobbyists behind some of the laws, American carriers are too. Even with the subsidies, Air New Zealand has one of the worst loyalty programs around, and BA's ridiculous fuel surcharges are invading the rest of BA Group. It is a worldwide race to the bottom.

[...] It is a worldwide race to the bottom.

[at the risk of threadjacking]

That can be said of passenger aviation generally, and will remain thus as long as revenue passenger volume continues to set records. When passenger volume declines (say, the next time fuel prices go up significantly) then the airlines will have to sweeten the pot again. (In the meantime, read the recent British Airways reviews on Skytrax and Trip Advisor and get waist-deep in tears from endless laments documenting the decline of a once-great airline, often with very eloquent phrasing - and with some points that are untrue, per my own experience.)

Same thing here 14 of 42 games incorrect for me. My rep left a few weeks ago so I’ll see how much of a pain this is.
I was forwarding tickets to friends when I noticed the problem😡

This is the kind of crap that happens every year. I just forwarded games to a bunch of partners and one partner does not show any games in his portal.

Ugh.  I just distributed mine today, though 82 game plan so no controversy.

My rep was Matthew Hayes and he left Friday.  He was actually quite helpful the few times I needed help.

If they haven’t printed the partner’s cards yet, the transfers don’t stick. But you can’t tell till it is too late if the card is printed yet or not. I usually transfer each partner a single game first to make sure they can see it before I do any more. It’s a mess.

I believe there was another cat (rumored) just before the election.

Back on topic, I'm glad to know yunz are havin' issues with the ticket (SPH) transfers, etc.    That way, I know my guy didn't steal my money.

Seriously? That's the most inane thing I've ever heard.

Well I submitted a comment through the access site last night and my tickets are fixed so that’s one problem out of the way.  Now if I can get my exchanges to work,

Are we still getting RCR's for loading cash to our SPH cards?

I loaded them all last night expecting the additional RCR's to be there this morning as they would have been last year, but no bueno...

We should still get points for loading cash but I seem to recall it taking a little extra time to credit at the start of last season. I'd wait till the weekend and see if the points show up.

BTW my rep says cards will be going out in the next few days for those needing them.

When I log into access the only option on the left hand side now is Account Information.  No RCR,  no Extra, etc.  Everyone else seeing the same?  Trying to forward some tickets.
