Harper said the ball hit him between the 10th and 11th vertebrae, and the injury is more of “a bone bruise kinda feel.”

“When I swing and I turn, it doesn’t feel very good,” said Harper, who said he will be cautious because he doesn’t want to “switch anything up or tweak anything or do anything else that I haven’t been doing.”

You can just tell by reading that he's sitting again today. And could easily be a DL stint.

I thought the same thing. Also noticed that Brian Harper is not doing badly as a relief pitcher at Harrisburg.

In the universe where he got hit earlier and the teams had been warned.    That would be outside the "unwritten rules" of baseball.   :)
