Me too.

But I do expect it to go live any day now.

Cool. It looks very similar to what we had last year.

Just got notice that my SPH pacakge is on the way. To be delivered via UPS within 2 business days. No signature required. Note you can log on to the UPS site and change the delivery address to another location or even a nearby UPS store.

I got a notice from UPS that it had "shipped" last week and was going to be delivered, then an update saying that delivery had been rescheduled. At this point it still hasn't even been picked up by UPS. I remember the good old days of DHL and paper tickets. :|

You need to be totally obsessive and ask to be updated by text. :nervous:

I just got a text saying my package will delivered by the end of the day tomorrow.

I just rely on a mystic seer to telepathically comminicate with me on when she envisions the package will arrive.

There used to be a cashier, Mistress Zera of Au Bon Pain, who we always said could see what the total would be before she entered the order on her cash register.

Got mine after hours yesterday - the key message:

'As part of our digital ticketing and environmental sustainability initiatives, your package contains your NATS PLUS card(s) which are loaded with your 2015 season tickets and a reusable USB filled with exclusive content and important information about the 2015 season.'

...so as long as I've got the tickets loaded on their own card like last season (separate from the USB, whatever that is - I plead technological illiteracy), and the ticket transfer works as before, everything should be OK (or so it looks).

I haven't been to the ballpark since June - any changes inside the park I should be aware of?

Worked for me briefly this morning as well, but now is showing the same "sight maintenance" screen.  Seems like they're in the final stages of getting it up and ready.  It seemed generally functional for the few minutes I was in.

do they still have partner cards, or do I just email tickets to individual games out to each member of my group?

I've been told that once we receive our NATS PLUS cards, we'll also have instructions for adding members to our season ticket groups. Those people will then receive instructions to agree to the 2015 terms and conditions. After that, the partners will receive their own NATS PLUS cards.

My package came in the mail today. I received my NATS PLUS cards along with a cardboard USB drive that was empty. If the instructions for adding partners were supposed to be on there, then mine was defective. The website is still down. Stay tuned.

Metal contacts should be facing up when you insert the drive

Seriously the drive was empty.

Looks like the USB drive is partitioned into two different drive letters.  The first has the files on it and the second is an empty 1.6GB partition that I guess you can use for whatever you want.  Here are the files on the first drive partition:

1. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - 10 Years of Nationals Baseball.mp4
2. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - A Message From Valerie Camillo.pdf
3. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - FAQ's.pdf
4. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - Instructional Step by Step.pdf
5. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - RCR Benefits.pdf
6. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - NatsPlus Benefits.pdf
7. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - Welcome to NatsPlus.mp4
8. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - eCash Video.mp4
9. 2015 NATS PLUS Membership - Ballpark Enterprises Info.pdf

Nats sent me the necessary instructions. Unfortunately it all still requires going to nationals.com/access, which remains down for "Site Maintenance" for nearly 3 months now.

I want to know what to look out for.  A lot of people are replacing their "computers" with tablets.  I have a friend who is not computer savvy.  She uses the library.  Not a secure place to stick in a usb.

Nothing special on the usb, pdf files in place of what used to be inserts, mostly stuff you have probably already seen, and three promotional videos.

The box itself was a bit of a letdown, in the past few years the boxes have been nicer than the contents but that's all over now.

Tiny little box.

The cards are the same numbers as last year so that should help online. The seats numbers are bigger too so you don't have to strain to see.

I quickly reviewed the materials and the cool thing is the online portal will work very similar to last year. Also, there are lots of good explanatory documents that I can share with my partners who can be somewhat technically challenged.

Also, I just noticed on the Access site that it says the site will be live tomorrow (3/11/15) at "approximately 10am."

Nice job with the pics, Santana.

Re the stuff on the usb, there's a really nice video of highlights since 2005.

...so does this mean one has to be on Twitter to activate the STH account? (I am not on Twitter.)

As an alternative to Twitter you can have your account activated while you dine at William Jeffreys.

No I just posted a picture that was posted on Twitter.  You will be able to access your nationals account through the nationals website.  Just like last year.

Sounds good - I made extensive use of the ticket-exchange function last year after my medical issues precluded my further live attendance (solved now though but still a good alternative to have).

Here's to hoping you're healthier this year. The ticket exchange option is a nice one to have but this year they're limiting the number of exchange you can have per plan.
