Some people post things to be funny

Unless you use an icon inevitably someone doesn't get the humor. I've learned that the hard way.

Let's hope this carries over to next season. We need a real hitter

"Since turning pro (& probably 3-4 years before that), Bryce Harper has not faced a pitcher younger than him...at any level."

absolute coming out party for Harper.  Hopefully this leads to a 2015 that resembles what he was doing in 2013 before colliding with the wall.

Yup.  This is the silver lining.

At this rate he'll probably sign with the Yankees in a few years.  No way he wants to be dragged down for years and years by a loser team.

their talking about him now on FS1, noting that he's amassed 10 WAR already, most extra base hits in the post season by anyone under the age of 24, saying he's in the conversation with Trout as the best young player in the game.

Nice series Bryce. Not much more you could've done. Guy didn't even get the chance to really hit with RISP.

It's why I think we should move him to catcher and abuse him while we've got him.  He's as good as gone as soon as that contract expires.  We can get rid of Ramos and go sign an outfielder who can produce more than Ramos can.

Next year is time to take the gloves off.  Put him in the cleanup spot and put Rendon in the three spot, and basically say this is your team now.

:smh: Rendon isn't hitting in the three spot. That's where the Zman hits.

You mean that's where he's penciled into the line up.

Who would pinch hit for a number three hitter?

next year I think you'll see span/rendon/werth/harper/zimmerman/desmond or maybe swap harper/zimmerman, but yeah next year Harper has to become the middle of the order 30 HR guy.   No more batting 6th.

He was a beast this post season - played balls out

Should bode well for him (and Nats) in the future

Looking forward to seeing what he can do when healthy (pray) all year

Nope. He is too fragile. I cant see him playing 100 games next season. :mg:
