I'm not sold that Harris is starting Opening Day. I think giving the job to Bernadina is a better call. Maybe they think it's safer to keep the OD pressure off of him, but damn it, just let one guy have a chance to take the job.

yeah and from what Harris has done this spring he deserves the job.  I'm confident in Harris glove out there, and while he won't put up the power numbers as other RFers, hopefully his average is suffice.

Damn, this is cryptic. Lodson had started writing really well for a while, but I think the stress of cranking so much out for ST has brough the quality down.

haha yeah.  I wouldn't be surprised if Bernadina gets a roster spot, he's had a pretty good spring, but I don't know if I like the idea of him starting.

But it was clear that just because a he started opening day did not mean he was going to be the regular RFer. If Harris is in the mix to be in RF, a plattoon situation makes more sense.
