Looks like Rizzo put his Wang in front of a lot of microphones.

Dang it, this is too easy.

Rizzo is dressing our Wang.

Hell yeah. I can't wait to see what he does.

Nice little piece from Zuckerman.

Too bad for Rizzo and Zuckerman I used the Michael Jordon reference on my blog three days before them.

I can see a Nats expose on Wang called: Wang Exposed.

Or how about a movie called, "Enter the Wang."

I remember reading that Wang didn't want a translator so he could learn English through immersion. I have a lot of respect for him and the presence he will bring. He likes to complete games. He is just what the team needs. Marquis' ERA has suffered in the past when the Cubs hung him out to dry to save other arms in blowouts, and he was ok with it for the team's sake. Sea change is coming.

His 8 2/3 complete game against us is still my favorite baseball moment.

That being said I like this signing and look forward to seeing Wang go deep.....

.....into games.

The only appropriate way for Rizzo to open the press conference is to say ...

"Excuse me while I whip this out!"

Balester: "How do you think he fits?"
Guy to his right: "I'm not sure, it's already pretty tight in here."

:lmao:
It's gonna be a great season.

Off topic, is there anyway I can turn off the photo option? I want to see what images people quote.

So click on the "image removed from quote" link and it'll show it.

per Nats Insider:

Quote
"I've been in the other dugout when he's pitching, and I know the comments the hitters make," manager Jim Riggleman said. "They talk about how much his ball sinks. His quality of pitcher, it's hard to find those guys. So he can make a tremendous impact on our ballclub. But we've got to get him healthy first."

Quote of spring training (thus far 8))
