I do.  I don't even have the seat the full way back, though no one would want to sit behind me.

I fit MUCH better in my Mazda that I have in any of my Dad's CR-Vs (all 3 generations).  In his CR-V it feels like the bolsters are hitting my flab, but I'm fine in the 3.

I can't speak to the 2 or Fiesta, never been in one.

My dad is like 6'4" and likes riding in the 5. The 2 is like 12 grand and gets 40mpg, that's a seriously cheap car.

I think the lay down seats were invented for drive-in movies.

My car made the damnedest sounds when I started it to go to work this afternoon.  The car was vibrating and a weird fringing sound.  I checked for blood and guts on the engine thinking it was a cat or something.

It didn't make the sound again starting to come home, so hell if I know.  Maybe a chunk of ice or something in the fan housing, but now I'm worried it might be something wrong with the car.  I hope not, it's been flawless so far.

I was supposed to pick up my new CC this week, but snow and other events collaborated to keep me from my appointed rendezvous.

Got a 2000, BMW 323i (5-spd, sport suspension, 4 winter +4 summer tires/rims) for sale if anybody's interested.  $4k.

Not actually mine, but the same color/model.  Mine has 171k on it.  It HAS been taken well care of, but that means a LOT of repair bills over the 110k I've put on it.  My cost (used with 61k on it)- $18k.  Cost to repair/maintain?  $20k.

Funny...  just looking at the fuel efficiency, engine, and performance, you'd never be able to tell it apart from a GTI.

I could almost by MY new car for that.  I'm paying $24,065 before taxes, tags, title, fees, etc., so I expect to total about $25k.

Do they share the turbo 2.0?

That's VW's bread and butter engine.

Been there, done that.

At least I'm under warranty for quite a while.

Yes.  Same engine as the GTI, GLI, Passat, Tiguan, etc.

My only complaint about VW is their "sealed transmissions".  YMMV but I haven't had any serious problems with my 2001 VW Golf and I've drove it pretty much into the ground since I got it six years ago.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of warranty are you getting with your CC?

before consideration of any extended warranty,

3yrs/36k basic warranty + roadside assistance
5yrs/60k drivetrain.
12 years unlimited mileage for corrosion

Are they still offering the carefree maintenance during the first three years?  aka oil changes and 10/20/30k checkups?
