Nope...he missed it clean

It's impossible to tell by watching a replay. Dunn didn't move away from the plate so he must've felt his bat nick the ball.

freak you Dunn you stupid nag.

How funny is this? Zimmerman just struck out before Dunn did and all sportsfan had to say was to blame Acta for not giving him a day off.

I'm tellin you.  they have a book on Zimm now.  On two strikes, throw a breaking ball.  Strike THREE

they both struck out in pathetic fashion. Dunn is an jerk for standing there acting like that was a foul ball. he clearly whiffed.

Dang, RZ and Dunn must be into the U.S. Open.  Couple 9 iron swings for K's.

I GUARANTEE AK will not GIDP!  Mark it!!

I guarantee you if there was 0 outs, Kearns would GITP

Wonder if it's time to move RZ down in the lineup?  Maybe switch him and Gonzalez.

Dunn loafing to get the ball in the corner.

being in Seattle (and no Dish),  i can't watch any games.

how/why are there so many infield singles against us?  do we play our INF extraordinarily deep?

Sometimes you're the windshield....sometimes you're the bug.  Nats are feeling kinda buggy today.

Yep.

We need to score this inning or I don't like our chances.

I didn't think we yielded that many.

I guarantee you if there was 0 outs, Kearns would GITP

I guarantee you if that had been ZImmerman arguing that he tipped the ball that sportsfan would've ripped the umpire and insisted he saw the ball nick the bat.

Wonder if it's time to move RZ down in the lineup?  Maybe switch him and Gonzalez.

This has been discussed here for a couple of years now. Zimmerman is not a 3 hole hitter, he should bat 5th. Having said that, Gonzalez has no business in the 3 hole.
