Romero is actually good. A lot better than Cecil.

tough match-up. surprisingly lefties are hitting higher (.298) than lefties (.257) off of him.

That doe seem quite hard, ya know, for them to be hitting better AND worse off the SAME pitcher.  ;)

Anyways, keep it going Lintyfresh and everybody get those brooms ready!!

Brooms packed and I'm heading off to the ballpark!

Let's go Nats - haven't changed my shirt yet.

Heading off to the park with my dad. Best gift I can give, tickets to a Nats game in section 214 and I get to go... Let's go Nationals! Finish the sweep!

SS Cristian Guzman
1B Nick Johnson
3B Ryan Zimmerman
LF Adam Dunn
RF Austin Kearns
2B Alberto Gonzalez
CF Willie Harris
C Josh Bard
P Shairon Martis

Nice that AlGo gets another start but I would prefer that he start at SS and AH start at 2B

Why is Kearns starting when Dukes had 2 hits last night. Manny needs to be fired for this transgression.

Perhaps i missed this in the 'GD' thread yesterday, but Colome is dinged up.  Let's hope Martis can get, at least, to the 8th and we have a nice lead.  It'd be nice to minimize the use of relievers today.

We could use the good relievers, not that I like seeing anyone hurt.

agreed.  but any rest that we can give the 'good' relievers would be welcome.  23 innings in two days takes it's toll.

He's bending over for the blue jays. Maybe he wants to make our rotation decision easier. I'm pissed off.
