I still don't see why we're so stuck on Dunn, when Sheets is really the high reward player that I think we need to take a risk on. It looks like Sheets is going to get less than 10m/yr possibly around that with bonuses. He pitched just under 200innings last year, and 140 the year before. Every single year over 100 innings. So even with injuries he's still pitching. I mean the guy has a career 3.72 ERA!!!! I know we think our rotation is set, but we have no idea how Zimm will do, and Balester scares me. If people think Dunn is worth 5 wins, I would think Sheets is worth 8 or so if he's healthy over a guy like Balester. Not to mention, a healthy sheets is worth way more than a healthy Dunn, for trade value. Too bad the lerners are focused on a guy like Glavine though...lol
