CALL HIM UP NOW JIM-BO! he better be called up for the Houston series or else i will be heated.
I'm sure JimBo has you personally in mind whenever he makes a move, you little twit.
Haha hey there's bacsik. This is fantastic news concerning Elijah Dukes. His bat will be a tremendous asset to the club (and he's a pretty decent outfielder as well). Also good news for T-Clip. Cut down on his walks and continues to punch out batters. Even more impressive that he did it against his former club (who I'm sure knows his pitches very well).
Lehigh Valley is the Phillies Triple-A team.
Elijah Dukes struck out twice in two at-bats today as Columbus beat Lehigh Valley 8-1. Jason Bergmann had two hits, Ray Olmedo had two RBIs, and Ryan Langerhans, Pete Orr and Garrett Guzman (pinch-hitting) each doubled.
I saw (Wash. Times) where Bergmann hasn't allowed a run in 14 consecutive innings.
Jordan Zimmermann is scheduled to pitch for Harrisburg tonight, so I'll be listening to that at work
I think VanAllen is supposed to go tonight.
He better do good, I think at the pace our prospects are at our top prospects next year will be1. Jordan Zimmerman2. Chris Marrero3. Ross Detwiler
Hey Natsman, does your "ZIMMERMAN FOR PRESIDENT" refer to Jordan or Ryan? I ask because you have been spelling Jordan's last name the same as Ryan's, even though Jordan has two "n's" on the end, so I wasn't sure who you meant.
Beltran Perez (Remember him?) is doing a fine job in relief for Harrisburg this season. He's got 5 holds, 1 win, 1 save and a 2.79 ERA.
