This would be the game for Gore to step up and pitch like the Ace he is projected to be. It would be nice to sweep the Giants at home since our last sweep in 2021.

Giants going to the strategy that Bucky Harris used against them in the all-time great Game 7, 2024 World Series. Bucky started right-hander Curley Ogden for the Nats, so the famous John McGraw started his lefty hitters, including Bill Terry, future HOF. Then Bucky replaced Ogden with lefty George Mogridge.

Luis Garcia has been the biggest disappointment so far this year.  About time for him to turn things around a bit like Keibert has done the last week or so.
