He could probably pitch in the majors right now and be our best pitcher. This dude is insanely talented.

AA, then depending on whether they want him to pitch another month to make up for the one he lost, maybe the AFL.

Blue Rocks relievers fell apart. Took out Sykora to start the 5ht, and next guy gave up 5 runs in 2/3 of an inning.

How the minor league teams do is irrelevant.  Only matters what the top prospects do.  Sounds like he is on his way.

Thinking this guy might jump to the number one prospect in baseball before the end of the season if healthy

If prospect rankings meant much, the Nats would be in 1st place right now.  Important thing is he's not walking a ton of guys and hasn't had a major injury yet.  Probably a few starts away, but next step is getting to 5 inning/80 pitch outings.

Top 20 is realistic based off his performance when healthy

Time to move up.

Really encouraging how he's been pitching, especially the control.  But he needs to be stretched past 60 pitches at some point.  But that doesn't need to happen in Wilmington.  I would say that if wild child Susana can pitch at AA, Sykora certainly can.
