Here is a pic from the 6th inning. There is no way there were thirty thousand people at that stadium. Trains going there and back were not crowded. Concession lines were manageable.

Just Tweeted your photo next to a shot from the United game tonight. Pretty sad when soccer brings out the better crowd.

For Season plan holders I got an email saying the all star jerseys and Rings were ready. The Jerseys are available only in large.

Only four days for pick-up, why make it such a pain in the ass? I'm going to two games this week but not one of the four. I'm only a half season plan holder so I only get the ring, which I really have no interest in collecting. I'd be pissed if I was waiting to get that jersey and they didn't make my size available. This team isn't only falling apart on the field. Maybe now that the ASG has come and gone their customer service will rebound.

Okay. Now you’re now known as powerpouter. You have a valid point but the constant stream of whining makes me just tune you out.

This time I agree with him. Only having Larges available is dumb. It’s too small for me and too big for my wife. This was a reward for Full season holders who gave a two year commitment, ie, your best customers. And you literally had all year to plan for this. The least you could do is ask what size they wanted. I’m actually really pissed about it.

I am going 9/8 and am a large, but yes, this stinks for most folks.

Based on my experience with the renewal. Don't count on it. And they need to fix their concessions service situation. I do not understand why it is allowed to be so slow. Every time I go the cashiers are having personal conversations.... while lines grow longer and longer.

I went to the DC United  game last week. Concessions were great!

As A partial holder I get a hat. I hope they have 7 7/8.

As for concessions. It will always be bad.
It may help if some food items other than cotton candy were sold in the stands.

Wish I got a hat, what do they expect me to do with a ring? Wear it? Put it in a display case? How are my kids going to decide who gets it when I'm gone?

The ring is dumb. I will say it is quite substantial. It’s actually heavy.. it’s much to large for a normal sized human to wear. I’d rather have a hat though.

I thought I had straightened it out last week. When I ended up going with the "do I need to get a lawyer involved" trope. They did immediately write back that I was opted out. But my scheduled payments are still pending... so I guess I get to deal with them again ugh.

Thanks for replying. Can I ask who specifically you emailed? I've been trying to work with Grace.

Last night I was auto-charged for the renewal I was told was canceled.  I'm sure getting this straightened out and the charge reversed will be a treat.

Really glad I was persistant and finally got acknowledge from my rep after emailing Ryan Brinnger, who surprising responded to me.

I emailed my rep last Friday and got a response over the weekend saying he'd cancel the payments. We'll see but I'm encouraged that I got a quick reply.

Have your credit card company question the charge and deny payment...

If it goes from pending to an actual charge and it's not clear the Nats have fixed anything, e.g. scheduled payments are still showing in my account, I'll do that for sure.  Trying to give them a chance to fix their mistake first.

September 7 is your last chance to put down a deposit on your playoff strips. Not happening for me. Dark day in SSS land.

This year’s Winterfest is December 1-2 and it’s at the stadium. Guess the Lerners are too cheap to rent the Convention Center this year. The first one of these they did was in the club level of the stadium and it was a total clusterfreak. Way too crowded with no large open spaces. Definitely no room for some of the activities and games they’ve had the last several years. Not that I was planning on going but this definitely seals the deal.

I was sort of figuring my group stays pretty much in its current form through 2020, so I thought the 2 year lock and 3d year option sounded pretty good.   Longer term, the seats are nice, but it is really too expensive for an office group.  I've had trouble getting commitments and had to bring in riff-raff from the outside.

[VaRK bat signal]

Have you heard anything about the promise of a replica all-star jersey and ring for those that signed up for the two year price lock?  How about the reason the all-star "on-field" experience the day after the all-star game was cancelled.  Ive asked with little to no luck getting more than a vague response.
