Yeah, Michael A. seemed to have zero interest in the proceedings.

As much as it pains me to say it, we need Jayson Werth and Papelbon back to eat face.

I think it's Taylor.

Looked like MAT went straight to the dugout where he remained. Apologies if that's incorrect.

It seemed like right around May 1st, Harper made a conscious decision to try not to take as many walks.   He had some success in the beginning, and then he stopped seeing any decent pitches.  It snowballed into a big slump, and threw him completely off the game.  He finally seemed to throw a switch and look like his old patient self about 7 days ago, and his numbers are looking like Bryce Harper numbers again.

i can't remember when I heard him say exactly this, but I think it was in a post-game interview. He didn't mention dates, but he did say that he wanted to, or was urged to, take swings.

Thanks for the post.    Seein' Michael A. Taylor confronting/facing "the mouth" Romo gives me pause to appreciate it.    Looked to me like he came close to sayin', "freak you." when he realized Romo was yappin' at him.   He bit his lip.      Appears he held onto the bat in the scrum.

MAT is standing there like a statue. Not saying peep while Romero was running his yap. Taylor needed to politely tell Romero that he did not appreciate it.

You can see who the Nats players are who are voicing their displeasure and those who are going through the motions. Gio, Eaton, Murphy are right in the mix. Others not so much.

At least he was there.    The $400,000,000 man was standing over by the base line.    I wish Michael A. Taylor would have been more active in the dispute.    However, after seein' the replay, I'd stand by him if I were a team mate.     The other guy, not so much.

Yeah, Harper did not distinguish himself there. And who is the scrub Nats reliever who was laughing and had his arm around Kiermier like it was some kind of a date they were on? What an a-hole.

I'd have to go back and look but that huggin' and yuckkin' wasn't a good look.

Yeah. Even if you are not a fighter (and I don't think of him as a wussy for that) you need to respond in some fashion.
