They can be "wild".    The press also is a different animal.     In the end, it'll be the money but LA is interesting on several levels.    It's also closer to his home town.    He'd get to see the GK more often.

He wants to be the face of the franchise but in the lineup he knows he is not a number one guy.  Trout is very quiet.  He will let Bryce take charge.  In the TV ads.

I’m just tired of the angry mob. Half the stuff he does is seriously no big deal but a big part of the fan base is as nag Eating Crackers stages of animosity with him, and it’s just exhausting on both sides. On Bryce’s part, he needs to make the effort to not appear mentally checked out, and the fans need to stop the microscopic examination of every last word and gesture in anticipation of something to be pissed off over.

It’s one thing to see a player who came into baseball pegged as a future superstar (and he played like it much to our delight) leave when he reached free agency. But when he inexplicably falls off a cliff and seems helpless to improve then his departure is a little easier to accept. And is there any doubt he will eventually get back on track and when he does the crying here will be deafening.

Agreed, I’ve loved Bryce as s player since he got here and I hope they can keep him a Nat for life.
