5 pitch inning  :hysterical:

This offense is really bad when Harper isnt hitting bombs
Scored 5 runs yesterday? Second in the NL in runs?

That isn't one player

Those players in the other uniforms also get paid money. It's not like the Nats are the only team that is trying to win. There are 29 other teams that draft, trade, sign free agents, and develop players. Judging by results past few years, the Nats are pretty damn good.

Game.  I hate getting swept by crappy teams.  But any team should be able to punish pitchers that fall behind.

Their understanding of plate discipline compares to your understanding of sentence structure.

You know what the problem is? This team is the same as last year and the same as 2013. They are simply too streaky. When they're bad/impatient/not lucky, they are amongst the worst in baseball. They don't manufacture runs.

Nothing has changed from last year. This team's post season success will be entirely dependent on whether or not Nationals hitters can be hot and the pen can not blow too many games.

Look at them, they dont swing at junk up in the count.

When this offense is bad its reaaaaaally bad. And it looks like were gonna be in a massive cold streak for the forseeable future.

Yes

They were speculating yesterday that he'll get the job when Price gets fired.

let's see....the Reds exhibit patience at the plate....make solid contact, including a bomb....the Nats flail at first pitch shyte or swing on 3-0/2-0 and act surprised when they barely make contact....
one poster is right...this team has not learned a single FN thing since 2013....the more the opposing pitchers show a tendency to struggle, the faster this collection of duffers finish their ABs, mostly with little success.

Price can thank the Nats for keeping him employed for the time being.
