Yes, but more specifically the 100th Bomber Group - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masters_of_the_Air

It's supposed to be Band of Brothers for the Army Air Corps.

That might get me to subscribe for just long enough to watch that series.

I love Ted Lasso. Typically, we subscribe to Apple TV for a month and then drop it until something else we like comes on. My favorite Apple TV show other than Ted Lasso was the first season of foundation. I still haven't watched the second

Just showing 'The Space Shuttle That Fell To Earth', over here - an examination of the loss of the Columbia in 2003. It's a BBC / CNN co-production, so it should be shown in the US (if it hasn't been already). Definitely worth a look.

The program mirrors the searing indictment of NASA from the accident inquiry report. It's become something of a classic case-study in organizational behavioural science - how hierarchy, proceedure and group-think led to what should have been an avoidable tragedy.

Just caught up with the latest 'American Experience' film - 'Fly With Me'. A salutory tale of everyday prejudice and discrimination. Definitely worth your time.

Started watching Constellation on Apple+ today. It's a thriller involving an accident on the ISS. Very good so far with a good amount of twists.

He came out to present the Best Picture award at the end of the show and appeared to be incoherent. He stumbled over the announcement. Biggest award of the night and it got screwed up for the 2nd time in recent years.

What has happened to/with him over the years to make him such a wacko?

If Emma Stone wins Best Actress, then the Best Picture announcement is bound to be messed up.

I watched 9 of the best picture nominees.  In my opinion, Anatomy of a Fall is by far the best of the bunch. I highly recommend everyone watch. It streams on Hulu starting March 22. It’s the best film I saw all year.

The Holdovers was the best film of the year.  Barbie second.   Oppenheimer or Killers of the Flower moon with the bronze
