Dolphins are claiming at the press conference to introduce their 1sr round pick Jaremy Tunsil that "... unfortunately, he had an allergic reaction today and couldn't be present at the press conference."  :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Do they really expect people to believe that or do they just think that people are stupid?

Cracked me up when the Dolphins said they knew about it (posting) before the draft.

Don't know much about the Davis kid the Steelers picked from MD.    However, WUSA9 did a piece on him and his family last night.   Seems like a nice guy (low maintenance).    I hope Tomlin and Lake can make it work.    Since he's a safety   ....   wonder if Polamalu would do some consultin' work.   :)   I know even less about Burns from Miami (1st round).    DB was a point of emphasis.      Said it from camp last year.    The pass defense was porous.     We can't have that playing the offensive juggernaut that is the 'skins on opening night.     :couch:

Davis is super intelligent and a physical freak. Randy Edsall of course wasted his talents. He's versatile and will fit perfectly with the Steelers D.

I didn't necessarily mean that in a good way.    :)    I simply remember that he was released after a good stint.   Maybe it was a payroll thing.    I like what I've seen with Davis so far.    Lord knows, the Steelers have some stiffs in the secondary.   So, no matter who they take has got to raise hope.

I'm sure UMD can speak more on him, but from what I saw, he can play both CB and S at the pro level. Nice piece for the Steelers, unfortunately.

For mitlen:

When he came on, I found something else to do.      I never listened to him so my comment is from my football history.   Breaks my heart that he was given the boot.      :mg:

Looks like the NFL isn't wasting all its time fighting Tom Brady- plenty left over to suppress concussion research
