When my car was stolen, my Partial plan card was in it.  As of yesterday, STILL NO REPLACEMENT!  Ive called, emailed, multiple times.  Apparently there are a lot of lost cards out there.  That's their Mantra.  They are working on it!  Dont worry.   Its 8 days until opening Day.  Less than a week till the exhibition game!

Easy enough to fix once she gets an actual card, then I just delete the card that doesn't match the new partner ID number which will be on her new card - however, this leads to the next question - when do partners get their new cards?

    Anybody seen these yet?

I got this in response to an eMail query:
"Partner cards were printed last week.
They will be mailed this week and they should be receiving an email such as you did with a UPS tracking number soon."

So how exactly does this work? Use the black card the way we did the ticket cards last season? (The UBS card is useless to me since I have nothing to play/read it on, either at home or work.)

If they were shipped from Nats Park, UPS takes only 2-3 days to deliver in the area. So if they left yesterday, they have plenty of a buffer assuming Wed is the estimated delivery day.

That's exactly how it works, use the Black card the same way we used the red card (and with luck the lettering won't rub off from use).
The USB is not required for the process, and in many places around town you wouldn't be able to use it on a work machine either.

Yes, the black cards are the same thing as the red cards you had last season. The USB card just had information that you can also find on the NatsPlus web page.

So are the partners getting black cards too?  I want a little exclusivity.  Force them to use the red cards again. think of the trees. Oh, wait . . .

Partners get black cards. Any one with less than a half-season plan gets the red cards.

You mean full season partners get black cards?  What I'm getting at is I have 9 partners, we split the full season 10 ways.  I have my black cards already as the seats are in my name.  But someone who splits a quarter season with one other person would have more games than I do but only get red cards, I presume.

My understanding is that partners get whatever kind of card that plan is eligible for no matter how many games they get.

I want my card to be special.  I want it to whistle Dixie when I go through a scanner.  OK, maybe not Dixie, but why not a tune I select, like Pretty Vacant?

Slow your roll. I still have partners who ask how the card works if it doesn't have a magnetic strip on the back. ;)

tell them the surface of the card implants nano-scale microchips in their hands so that the government can track their every move.

I have some extremely technically challenged folks who struggle with managing their online accounts. I guess that's why they are in my groups in the first place. I don't know how tech support people don't lose their minds.

My card came with a pony. I think I'm sitting in VaRK's seat.

BLAARGGHHH!

Having a world of problems email tickets and allocating them to my partners today.  try to transfer 2 to A for first game and 4 to B for 3d game.  1 got through to each.  Same problem emailing tickets to a non-partner C.  Then went back in to try to fix Games 1 and 3 for my partners, and ended up sending to A the seats for B.   Talked to A, and he sees only one ticket for the first game in his account even though he got a confirm saying he got 3 seats I meant for B.

Have your partner print their tickets.
