I'm not entirely sure I understand what you mean. If you mean taking steps toward the plate while winding up then that would clearly be illegal. I think Walden's delivery is deemed OK because the jump takes place DURING the windup so that he can't really get any close to the plate because of his unorthodox delivery.

This team is not fun to watch.  On top of that they're just not likeable IMO.  Right now I'd rather see a Brian Schneider or Willie Harris out there at least acting like losing bothers  them and busting their ass.  These guys just kind of loaf around the field and then sulk when things aren't going their way.  Do they even like playing this game?  Most of them look positively miserable out there.

Matt is trying to "stay medium" and just treat every game the same but that is clearly not working. He wants to demonstrate being calm and cool when in reality this team needs a kick in the ass.

What is Rizzo's plan?     I ain't seein' it.   You take two "can't miss" picks and then what?   Rendon and a couple TJ guys?      ALR was a good signing.   I think we were lucky on the Ramos thing (when he's healthy).
