I thought you were going the Big Show route with the first couple of sentences.

Not familiar with it.

And Vinny Cerrato is back at Redskins Park by the second week of January.

 :hysterical:

LaVar and Chad asked him if he'd come back.   He said he likes doing radio in B'more.

Until Snyder reminds him how good he had it while he served as his puppet.

Not even Snyder is tone deaf enough to bring Vinny back.

Not familiar with it.

It was a lame storyline WWE did where Big Show had an Ironclad Contract somehow and would go around assaulting people.

And send the second rounder to the Colts for Heyward-Bey.

But all jokes aside, it all depends on the coach they bring in to replace Shanahan. I get the sense that the new coach will have to be a Griffin guy or he won't get hired. And that is especially so if Cousins plays well to close out the season because in that scenario I see Griffin's nag ass going to Snyder and demanding Cousins be traded in the off season or else.

Nah, Torrie Smith ;) and next year's #1 for Vernon Davis.

A couple guys I'd at least like to see interview for the HC job are Greg Roman, Darrell Bevell and Adam Gase. Roman and Bevell have experience with dual threat qbs being with SF and Seattle respectively and Bevell seems to be a young up and comer. I like how he was able to get something out of Tebow as his qb coach and what he's done with Peyton Manning. Yes, I know Peyton Manning is Peyton Manning and it would take a total moron to freak him up, but still. I'm sure their maybe other better options but these guys looked interesting just based on off the top of my head thinking. Of course, we know I'm not a GM nor would I ever be hired to be one

Adam gase more than the other two just because he's the OC with a defensive HC- i.e. I think it's safe to credit him more for the offense (then again he also has manning). Look at Pete Carroll's coaching tree- there isn't a lot there to inspire confidence. I do think OC is the direction they should be looking for the next coach

My concern with any of these guys though is that none of them have the reputation to get Dan Snyder to back the freak off. Now if Bruce Allen can be that guy, then it's less of an issue, but it is definitely something to think about.

Snyder has been very quiet under Shanny and he's catching far less flack than normal- hopefully he learned his lesson. If the choice is established and no snyder vs. young and snyder, then I'd want established, but I'm hoping that's a false dichotomy

This. Children grow up over time. Maybe he's just doing it later than most.

Jr is trying to distance himself from pops in order to salvage his coaching career. This sounds very calculated to me.

Kind of saw this coming. I think it was sort of a firing on Mike's part, but obviously doesn't want to look like he's firing his own son, and Kyle wants to quit and go elsewhere and work with another team, but doesn't want to look like he's quitting because he's having trouble coaching the team, so he's leaving under the guise of strained working conditions with pops.

I think Cousins will have a good game today. To which people will cry "bad defense!", and forget all the bad defenses Griffin's played against this year (and not looked all too great against either).

He's done for the year too. Concussion. No reason to risk further complications

Cooley was on WFAN earlier, he's hearing Shanahan could return but with new O/D/ST coordinators.  He mentioned Kubiak as a possible OC.

The Redskins sign his checks. I don't consider his opinion on most things as genuine.
