fp shut up with the "beaten with your best pitch" bullcrap.  he was crap that whole inning.  he was lucky to get 2 outs.  he should not be a closer.  stammen should have been in there in the first place.

Not put down more than one finger.

Doesn't matter. Either way he can walk around the bases.

blue called it. The pirates took out Hanrahan so he wouldn't be credited with the win after the blown save.  :hang:

We can't have Rodriguez closing.  Anybody but Rodriguez.

That was the equivalent of Danny Espinosa hitting a walk-off home run with 2 outs in the 9th. So freaking improbable.

Henry Rodriguez is such a freaking piece of crap.

is anyone really suprised? stammen needs to be closer

Until he proves he can't handle it either.

Seriously, pitchers should be able to throw strikes at will, particularly closers. His inability to locate sets that up. They know what's coming.

He had to throw a fastball.  Every knew a fastball was coming because he cant throw anything else for strikes.  Why is he even trying to throw anything else and letting the hitters know he cant throw it?  F this.

Rodriguez is not a freaking closer, how many more blown saves will it take for him to be yanked from the role?!!

Can't believe I wasted all night for that crap.

I know that feeling. I've been reading for a paper due this week but I kept looking up during the game. I wouldn't have minded a loss but I hate when WE do this type of crap. We get a miraculous lead via 2 run bomb and then immediately surrender it because H-Rod sucks.

Davey is the one who insists on having Rodriguez as the closer.
