I'm done making threads, for the year.

I can't buy a win to save my life.

Few ways to respond without setting myself up further

However, give me my darn win!

Sorry for the tone but I was taking flak yesterday.

I used to live in Detroit. I'll do Wednesday's (Livan v Verlander).

You've got a win, and it wasn't even a Strasburg start, so you're still doing better than me (according to GMU anyway ;) )

Sorry for the tone but I was taking flak yesterday.

No worries.  I just didn't have anything to add to the updated scores.

With an off day, I think most of us are going to hold off until tomorrow.

You beat me to it.  OK, so I'm stepping in tonight only and after tonight my record will be 0-0.  Still undefeated!!!

Just drafted a post for tomorrow's gameday thread. It's slightly on the clinically insane side though. Might ditch it. It's a series of MS Paint files illustrating the scandalous decline and fall of Detroit's previous mayor...

I spent a ton of time on my punny icon post, no one cared, and the team lost. I made 2 graphics in 2 minutes for my strasburg game, and the team won.

Not that it really matters, but I can't decide how the rankings should go.  Technically everyone with a 1-0 record has a better win % than the current top 5, but it seems ridiculous to rank them 1st compared to guys who've started 4, 6, or 10 games.  Same thoughts apply to a lesser extent for the guys who are 1-3, 1-4 vs the guys who are 0-1.

Wow, you must have a lot of time on your hands

I need another start to try to claw my way into the rotation.

Sometimes I have a ton, other times I have none at all.  I'm the Morgan/Guzman of time management

Give 'em plus / minus ratings.  2 points for a win, 1 for extra-inning win, -1 extra inning loss, -2 ordinary loss.

Nah.  It should be completely subjective.  Rank them by how much he likes each poster.

Whaddya know, this is starting to look just like the Nats rotation - a handful of good pitchers and then a bunch of scrubs
