Damn. That's pretty tight. I wish the Royals would take Atilano for DeJesus.

You'll be lucky if you get it in one piece.  They don't call themselves "brown" for nothing!

So, now that I'm building a gaming rig, what are some good PC games ATM?

Left 4 Dead 2 is awesome on xbox, I can only assume all of the custom things are amazing on the PC.

Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 are fantastic games if you like the RPG/shooter-in-space mix style.  Great story.  I spent about 50-60 hours on a playthrough of the first game, about 40 on the second one.  I tend to try to do everything though, so you could certainly beat the games in less time than that if desired.

I played the original on xbox and really liked it.  I haven't played the second one yet.

Dawn of War II is the crap. Metro 2033 is a good one. MLB 2K10 is solid on the PC.

I'm going to be running some MMOs with my new computer like a mofo.  So many free ones that were Windows only.

Going to stay with wow until The Old Republic.

Definitely going to play the crap out of Starcraft 2 though.

Also going to enjoy Counter Strike with no frame lag!

That's the latest team of toons me and my cousin just started to work on.  We're at level 20.  I'm an orc warlock and he's a troll hunter.
My current toons are:

63 70 Undead Mage
58 Blood Elf Paladin
27 Tauren Druid
25 Troll hunter
25 Undead Rogue
20 Orc Warlock
17 Orc Shaman
1 bank alt

And left over from the Alliance days
38 Dwarf Paladin
17 Gnome Rogue

And on my old server
41 Gnome Warrior
19 Tauren Druid

Yes, I'm an alt-a-holic.
BTW, since you asked about what level toons I had the other day.

Yeah.  No XP bonus after 60 anyway, and my cousin took off with his pally tank to solo since he's addicted and wanted something to play when I'm not on

Free on Steam today:

http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2010/07/alien-swarm-gets-source-upgrade-free-re-release.ars

Quote
Alien Swarm started life as an Unreal Tournament modification. Later, the team was hired at Valve to work on the Left 4 Dead series before moving onto Portal 2. Both Valve and the original team have put together a very nice present for fans: the game has been updated to take advantage of the Source engine, and will be made available today free of charge, including the SDK.

Alien Swarm is a top-down tactical shooter with up to four-player co-op, over 40 weapons, eight characters across four classes, and persistent items to unlock. This release also features full Steam Cloud support, 64 achievements, and a match-making system. In other words, this is an incredibly full-featured release for a very fun, if challenging, game. It's also hard to argue with the price.

NCAA11 is freaking amazing.

Is it much better than the recent titles?  I stopped buying in 08 I think.

I bet MD is bad in the game :?

If I pick it up, I'll probably play as LSU.

I always enjoyed building up the really bad programs over the years, it presented a nice challenge. Especially taking IU to the national championship.
