my history teacher made up a lot of stuff, but i always found the phrase "bokou (or bokoo) money" to be hilarious

Yea yea, I still think its a stupid move. As much as I like the guys that could be our "potential" rotation, I still think we should sign Sheets to gain a good pitcher.

Our first round picks are protected this year, if everyone is right and Dukes hits 35 hrs and bats .275 and Zimmerman bats .300 . . .and we compete, our picks next year might not be protected. Dunn is worth a second rounder

Your History teacher didn't make up that term, and it really is spelled beaucoup.
