AJ Hinch should be fined personally, as should the team, and they should have to forfeit draft picks. I hate to say it, but the Spygate / Deflategate precedents from the NFL should apply here too. Suspend some of the hitters if there is video of them taking a signal (whistles, drums). Make an example out of Bregman and Altuve.
