Flores.

If Flores' name is pronounced "Floor-ezz",

and Nieves' name is pronounced "Nee-ev-ess",

does that mean Lo Duca's name is pronounced:

"Squirrel-batter?"

When will Manny realize that having Zimmerman bat third is hurting the team immensely.

Looks like Redding is pitching well early. Any walks?

ZIm has no right batting 3rd in this lineup. Of he wasn't the so called face of this franchise he would've been benched by now.

I actually cannot believe Zim just swung at the first pitch he saw with two runners on.

It's probably time to take the pressure off him for a while. Drop him in the order for a bit.

He wanted to make sure he didn't strike out.

If he doesn't swing at the first one, he's always behind in the count. I'm just surprised he doesn't go for the fence on the first swing. Swinging hard is probably better than watching it go by for him right now.

He's a great defensive 3B. Someone else would pick him up and he'd torture us for years.

Or just drop him.

There is a certain satisfaction in seeing Schneider walking back to the dugout.
