The umpire squeezed Redding on the REyes at bat.

Are you telling me you were falling for that poofta propaganda?

No, but my expectations were lifted a little. Come on, cut me some slack, we are awful, I needed something! Call it clutching at straws ;)

They should just use the pitch trackers. Umpires' personalities have way to much influence on the game.

Why? I hope the same goes for Lo Duca.

What did I miss?

I'm speculating but when you are headed to Birmingham to seek a second opinion from James Andrews, it's not good news.

They are expanding the Red Loft. That is something-- I guess.

I agree. All strikes should be called electronically.

Maybe he needs the magical masseuse.

It sounded like the same thing JPWH was dealing with.

TERRIBLE 0-2 pitch.  Our pitchers never learn.

I'd hate that. I like the different strike zones; the human aspect of it all.

Wright will never miss that, ever. Redding let him out of jail there.

Currently I am nursing the cheapest of the cheap malt beverage I could find. The brand is called Johnny Bootlegger and the flavor is Machine Gun Melon. I got it at a roadside gas station that looks like it hadn't seen a customer in two weeks. Got a bottle for the grand price of $1.99.  Except for the alcohol taste behind it, it is the closest thing to actual watermelon juice I have ever tasted.

What are the OTHER "flavors?"  I MUST get some of this... is it bottled by the Joe Kennedy Moonshine Gang or does it have this emblem?

It sounded like the same thing JPWH was dealing with.

you mean trying to fleece the team out of guaranteed money by lying about his health?

Great job by Zimmerman to turn that!

I love when he makes plays like that in front of the NY media - helps his gold glove case. :)
