Yeah there is a thread on him in general I think.  Seems like a really good hitter and he plays 1B which is a position we are lacking in the minors.  He could start the year in AA.  Whitesell could start the year in AAA I guess but don't we have to put Whitesell on the 40 man roster? I think if we don't then we could lose Whitesell to the rule 5 draft this winter.
