I hate to say it but Young is just not cutting it this season. I'm fine with him as a low .600s OPS guy, but he's not even managing that right now.

Nats not in league with Braves or any decent team right now. hang tough. we have been there many times b4. Unless big changes or lightning strikes again like in 19, That's the life of a Nat's fan

topic of Crews hitting #2 at the start of the year v lhp came up recently, and I suggested Davey likes to alternate, so when I saw the lineup, I pointed it out.

I don’t mind CJ and Wood back to back at the top of the order, but then hitting Lowe 3rd, a switch 4th, and Luis 5th is too much of a stack that cries out for a lh reliever to come in easily. Really need a decent righty hitter for this club or switch hitter who is productive as a righty.

Dear Commissioner Manfred - I know this is something of an ask but, could we consider changing the format of the game to four innings, please? Not having to play the fifth would help our 2025 Nationals no end... ;)
